Face and Speech Recognition

Inspiration

We were inspired by AI sign language.

What it does

This program recognizes peoples faces and stores information on them based off what they say. If that person says anything else, it updates the database on what they say.

How we built it

We used Python for the AI and MongoDB for the backend database.

Challenges we ran into

We had a problem using PostgreSQL and we also had a problem fine tuning the AI to accurately recognize the same persons face.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of having fine tuned the AI and we are proud of creating a speech and facial recognition system that works together.

What we learned

We learned how to construct and build AI. We also learned how to connect it to a database and store information in real time with live updates.

What's next for Face and Speech Recognition

Having users data appear near their face on security cameras for corporations like banks that need high end security.
