RegenExcalibur / AIGC — Governed Gemini Opportunity Assessment
AIGC, the Artificial Intelligence Gladiator Coliseum, is RegenExcalibur’s governed operating system for turning economic opportunities into auditable work. The competition-specific project focuses that broader architecture into a bounded opportunity-assessment workflow: an opportunity is normalized, AI can analyze and structure it, deterministic controls check policy and evidence, an accountable human makes material decisions, and every consequential transition is intended to be bound to a permit and a receipt.
How the business operates with AI
The central operating principle is that AI output is not authority. AIGC separates reasoning, verification, authority, execution, and evidence. An AI system may draft an assessment, identify risks, propose a scope, or create an artifact. It cannot convert its own recommendation into permission to perform a consequential external action. Material actions remain subject to explicit operator authority, and evidence that code exists is not treated as evidence that an action occurred.
Day to day, AI is used to accelerate research, opportunity analysis, specification, documentation, code generation, test design, and structured business coordination. Deterministic software handles authority-sensitive operations such as schema validation, revision binding, budget and policy checks, emergency-stop concepts, evidence indexing, and fail-closed state transitions. The human operator owns commercial policy, spending, deployment, external communication, legal commitments, and final claims. A human approval is not treated as proof of execution; a completed action still requires evidence.
Current implementation and evidence
The repository contains a substantial governed implementation. The OMNI-FORGE domain kernel has retained exact-head GitHub Actions evidence on its proven revision. A newer Nexus repair lane adds requirement-specific authority mapping and ForgeRunner, an operator-owned exact-SHA local validation mechanism. ForgeRunner has a local PASS receipt for dependency integrity, Python compilation, deterministic evidence validation, release secret scanning, and the test suite. Its own receipt states that network isolation was process-environment-only rather than OS/kernel-enforced, so that result is disclosed as local corroboration rather than as GitHub-hosted or independently zero-egress proof.
The submission-critical convergence branch is still waiting for hosted exact-head admission because current GitHub Actions jobs are failing before runner allocation with zero executed steps. AIGC records that as infrastructure admission failure, not as a software test result.
The same evidence discipline applies to Google Cloud and Gemini. The repository implements a Canadian staging architecture, provider adapter, one-use canary procedure, and receipt contracts. However, this submission does not claim an immutable deployed AIGC staging revision or a live deployed Gemini API call because those empirical receipts are not present in the current evidence set.
Business model and market activity
The business model is employer/client funded rather than based on deductions from workers. Candidate revenue streams include governed opportunity assessments, evidence-engineering engagements, recurring monitored workflows, subscriptions, and contract-defined success or platform fees. The commercial control plane distinguishes pipeline from accepted scope, invoice candidates from paid invoices, and forecast value from collected cash.
Real market outreach has begun during the hackathon, including routed proposals and partnership inquiries, but no completed arms-length AIGC customer engagement, paying AIGC user, or collected AIGC revenue is evidenced as of this update. Accordingly, recognized hackathon revenue is USD 0 and acquired/paying AIGC users are 0. Direct recognized AIGC expense is also USD 0 under a conservative attribution policy. Several real account-level cash records exist for provider credits and software/cloud accounts, but they are disclosed as unallocated source records rather than silently recognized as AIGC expenses without project attribution.
Entrepreneurship & Job Creation impact
The intended impact is Entrepreneurship & Job Creation. AIGC is designed to reduce the cost and time required to turn incomplete opportunity information into a reviewable decision while preserving assumptions, risks, evidence pointers, and accountable authority. Success will be measured through opportunities assessed, qualified opportunities surfaced, decision time, verified tasks completed, third-party users, paid work enabled, customer feedback, collected revenue, and cost per successful economic outcome.
The project is intentionally transparent about what remains incomplete. The goal is not to make autonomy look larger than the evidence. It is to build a system where useful AI work can scale without allowing model confidence to become permission.
