Inspiration

Everything needs to be Web3 and on Polkadot, so I figured, why not Rotten Tomatoes? Every one is a critic, why not gamify it with NFTs, tokens and wallet logins?

What it does

• Web3 Login
• Build reputation on your wallet
• Earn tokens with reviews or NFTs
• Earn "Movie Critic" levels NFTs
• Be invited to premiers, etc, with time and reputation

How we built it

• Web3 login
• Database
• Link to movie/game/tv show database
• Hashed reviews, hash on blockchain
• Memecoin creation on Hydration

Challenges we ran into

As someone with limited coding knowledge, I did receive some help from help, but it's still been challenging for me to figure things out.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to put together a web3 login, with a movie database look up.

What's next for FabricPop

Still lots to do to, but it's not far from being able to achieve a minimum viable product.
