Inspiration

Our team was inspired by the person vertical; after considering the prompt we identified social media as a prominent tool for relationship building. We all had experiences where the social media adding process was awkward, time-consuming, or not feasible, especially when wanting to add peers over Zoom.

What it does

To reduce these inefficiencies in adding social media and to reduce the opportunity cost of missing out on potential connections, we created Bundle to seamlessly add multiple social media accounts at once, using just the camera app.

What we learned

Given our team consisted of all first-time hackers, we all learned a lot from this process, from improving design/Figma skills to deploying a backend database to AWS for the first time, to learning React JS and front-end development.

How we built it

Our product runs off a Java backend and React JS front end; our prototype design was created on Figma.

Challenges we ran into

This was all of our first time working on a product-focused team, so we faced the challenges of managing all the moving parts of the product, and linking the frontend and backend.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Overall, we are very proud of our idea, design, UIUX, backend, front end, and pitch deck; this was a great learning experience.

What's next for Bundle: your digital identity all in one

We may choose to continue iterating Bundle in the future. We are especially excited about the social media dashboard, and social web ideas.
