Inspiration

This project tackles a pretty substantial problem that would make the lives of people with medications to take a lot less stressful and a lot easier

This issue affects millions of people around the globe with various disabilities such as alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory loss disabilities. This app will aid with preventing any hassle that people suffer with their medications.

Our solution to this issue of memory-loss disabilities is the best method out of all other solutions because this project effectively uses code, and arduinos to build a solution.

What it does

This project will end up beneficial for the user, since they get their medicine in the right amounts at the correct time, which many people suffering from memory-loss disabilities can greatly use.

Sometimes, people forget to take meds sometimes, and if they don’t get it fast enough, it will negatively affect them, especially if they are older of age. This project will make sure they will take their meds instead of forgetting.

This product displays high amounts of potential, as it uses medical data and also customizes itself to the person who is using it. It also would be a much better alternative to the modern solutions found in the market today.

How we built it

EZ-Med is a mobile application designed to assist individuals with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer's disease, in managing their medication. The app combines a simple interface with innovative technology to ensure medication adherence and enhance the quality of life for those affected by cognitive decline.

EZ-Med’s user-friendly design and practical features aim to reduce the anxiety and confusion often experienced by individuals with Alzheimer's and other memory-related conditions, while providing caregivers with peace of mind. The app’s goal is to improve medication adherence, prevent missed doses, and offer an easy-to-use solution for a challenging daily routine.
