Inspiration

As a business owner serving international clients, I often found myself juggling emails, spreadsheets, invoices, and compliance paperwork. These repetitive, time-consuming tasks took away focus from client engagement and business growth. I needed a smarter solution — one that could streamline the export process end-to-end.

What it does

Exvanta is an intelligent assistant built on Salesforce Agentforce that automates and manages the entire business services export lifecycle. It helps: • Register new international clients • Generate and send invoices • Track payment status • Ensure compliance with remittance regulations • Assist with export documentation filings

All through natural conversations — no code or manual tracking needed.

How we built it

• Used Salesforce Agentforce to design agent topics
• Built autolaunched flows for each task: lead creation, invoice generation, payment updates, compliance
• Configured agent actions with structured inputs and outputs
• Implemented permission sets and assigned flows to EinsteinServiceAgent

Challenges we ran into

• Flows failing silently due to missing permissions
• Troubleshooting UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION errors
• Properly mapping custom object fields and outputs
• Creating a seamless conversational UX that collects all required data

Accomplishments that we're proud of
