Inspiration

To help people understand the meaning of English words by just selecting the word while surfing the Internet and enhancing their vocabulary.

What it does

When a word is selected and right-clicked, a context menu is opened. There the option of the chrome extension is selected and a background API call is done, which gathers grammatical information about that word.

How we built it

I built it using pure javascript as a chrome extension.

Challenges we ran into

Learning how a chrome extension works, how context menus are created, and working with the API were the notable challenges.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The very cause for which the extension is built is served - this is what makes me proud. I am proud to have learned to make a chrome extension of my own, use API and do some magical stuffs with it.
