Inspiration
Every time I walk off-campus, I feel a certain sense of uncertainty, a little more vulnerable knowing that GTPD's jurisdiction no longer extends outside the campus borders, and it makes me more vigilant. It still easy to draw a fine line along the campus borders, but it is harder to distinguish between safe areas and dangerous streets in the real world and similarly finding accessible routes when foresight is not available.
What it does
It allows the user to choose a start and endpoint, and optimize their route by speed, safety or accessibility, giving each a rating score for the user. With custom features of reporting crimes, and indicating faults in the street infrastructure, users can give live updates to the datapoints and values of each route, ensuring that similar users do not bear through the same troubles.

What's next for Explore.AI
Add tourism feature, to allow user to immerse themselves in scenic views and eye-catching attractions and monuments, along their journey. Perhaps even integrating restaurants and greenery for a complete journey. We can also develop a crowd zone, creating red zones of high crowding so introverts and socially anxious people can steer away including me.
