A courtyard, garden, or schoolyard can become a place to investigate rather than a static map. EXPERIMENTAL EARTH connects proposed environmental changes with explicit physical assumptions, observations, and an inspectable record of what a model can explain.

The working Rain Experiment Lab compares rainfall, terrain, and surface edits on paired site grids, with water accounting, time series, and attributed observations. Additional investigations connect declared shade, surface heat, lower heat stores, infiltration, drainage, and retained soil water. Users compare alternatives, preserve uncertainty, challenge hypotheses with separate readings, and reopen original inputs through portable JSON projects.

The dependency-free application runs locally in a modern browser with a Python standard-library HTTP launch route. Numerical experiments include fictional examples and supported source-data imports. They do not establish a surveyed site, calibrated forecast, or recommended physical intervention.

NVIDIA/Nebius contribution and measured benefit in a real place remain distinct development and qualification goals.
