Inspiration
After watching Greg Isenberg's great videos about vibe-marketing, I realized that vibe-marketing still feels like a different skillset than vibe-coding. I wanted to be able to focus on vibe-coding and partner with someone focused on vibe-marketing to build a business together. PairVibe (pairvibe.xyz) is the answer to that problem.
What it does
PairVibe helps vibe-coders and vibe-marketers find each other to pair up and build profitable ventures together. Today it is a matching service. Soon it will include a standardized contract and structure for working together.
How we built it
I built PairVibe with Bolt, Supabase, Postmark, and Netlify.
Challenges we ran into
Although I was able to build the core functionality of the app in one day, it took several more days to get normal functioning user management working with Supabase and email confirmation with PostMark. This is a funny kind of challenge in that before Bolt it would have taken me months to get anything, so it is more of just another opportunity to shrink the time-to-launch further.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Because I started on 6/26 and only had a few days to conceive, build, and launch a deployed, fully functioning app and landing page, I had to keep the scope of what I attempted to build and communicate very small and focused. I am proud that I was able to do that where I have previously struggled to keep that focus.
What we learned
I learned the boundaries of what kinds of apps currently take what amount of time using Bolt and associated new AI tools. This is valuable to me for future projects.
What's next for PairVibe
I will be using PairVibe to find a Vibe-Marketer for PairVibe, so that it can help other Vibe-Coders like me.
