Inspiration

NEED OF FINANCE MANAGEMENT IN COMPANIES WERE EXPENSES OCCUR DAILY AND MORE NUMBER OF PEOPLE HAS TO MANAGE THOSE EXPENSES OR SUNDRY EXPENSE IS NEVER CALCULATED PROPERLY THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING TO CALCULATE IT FOR EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE AS 1$ DAILY IN A YEAR MAKES 365$ WHICH IS NOT LESS AND IF EXTRA SUNDRY EXPENSE IS CONTROLLED COMPANIES PROFIT ALSO WILL BE INCREASED

What it does

Our project is based on an expense tracker that will help different people to maintain their expenses. It is based on personal secured registration. Every User identity and details are private here. In this user can add their debit and credit balances after login and It helps to identify their expenses Other than focusing on their expenses details they can trust on the website to maintain and calculate the user expense data It help in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly expenses calculations. Its lightweight and easy to use UI created for every user for easy interaction. This project is created using Js frameworks like Node express and database used here is mongoDB Its been deployed in an heroku server.

How we built it

WE BUILD IT USING:- JavaScript - 50.0% EJS - 45.0% CSS - 4.8% Shell - 0.2% MADE LOGIN AND SIGNUP PAGE, DESIGNED THE DASHBOARD ADDED THE FORMULAS FOR CALCULATION OF THE AVERAGE EXPENSES ,LINKED IT WITH DATABASE AND HOSTED ON HEROKU

Challenges we ran into

ISSUES WHILE LINKING THE DATABASE AND APPLYING THE FORMULA'S BUT AT LAST WE SORTED EVERYTHING

Accomplishments that we're proud of

WE WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE SUCH A BIG PROJECT ON TIME AND WITHOUT CHEATING

What we learned

FINANCIAL WEBSITE SHOULD ALWAYS BE SECURE WE LEARNED HOW TO ADD SECURITY IN OUR WEBSITE

What's next for EXPENSE TRACKER
