Expense Agent

Inspiration

we inspired on a current system we developed in house to manage company expenses that has a graphic UI.

What it does

this allows to manage expenses for different months, periods and amounts and predicts future amounts based on previous inflation.

How we built it

we built an Agent with 3 topics that uses actions and custom actions made with flows. we also used Apex to create expenses by month. we used predictive module from Data cloud to make the amount predictions

Challenges we ran into

we had some problems giving the right Agent permissions to the objects

Accomplishments that we're proud of

the predicted amounts and able to communicate with the Agent

What we learned

we learned how to build an Agent with Agentforce and use predictive calculations with Data Cloud.

What's next for Expense Agent

Add ability to pay expenses connect to a payment gateway.
