Meetings lead to decision making but many times, actions get postponed, responsibilities get ignored, and tracking progress becomes a challenge. We aimed at closing the gap between decisions and results.

What it does

ExecuMind AI takes discussion from the meetings and creates a set of action items assigned to individuals, tracks progress, identifies blockers, proposes solutions, and verifies action using the available evidences.

How we built it

We designed our system as a modular framework that uses Generative AI, task manager, workflow manager, database integration, and evidence-based verification.

Challenges we ran into

Identifying action items from the conversation, recognizing dependencies between them, identification of blockers, and verifying the fulfillment of actions based on verifiable evidences.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We understood the importance of using AI in creating workflow, its automated operation with the aim of making processes accountable and effective.

What we learned

e realized how verification is important for workflow, why there should be no compromise on data security and AI requires oversight from human beings.
