We want to fix the stagnating UK economy by providing everyone with an executive coach that creates coaching sessions based on their role, company, short term goals/OKRs. we also created a shareable link for each user that allows a colleague to provide feedback to a conversational agent prompted to collect suggestions for coaching based on the user's role/goals etc. Whenever new anonymous feedback is collected we update a separate coaching agent's prompt so that the prompt does coaching specifically based on the feedback collected.
