Inspiration

After the pandemic, we had to rebuild and relaunch our job portal Buskeros.com, and decided that we would use Virtual Job Fairs as our main thrust to attract employers and candidates. We ran 4 nationwide job fairs in 2021 that attracted 135 employers and over 150,000 candidates, and received an NPS of 27, which made us spin-off our events tech and launch Evveland Metaverse in February 2022.

What it does

The core of Evveland Metaverse are our 10,000 Smart Venues, that are virtual buildings that event managers can use to run different types of events. We can customize the venues with around 30 city and thematic skins, which we have already built.

How we built it

Our designers created the smart building design and our platform tech team created the frontend and backend tools that allow event organizers to manage the content and access to the venues. We used multiple 3D design tools, such as 3DS-Max and Lumin, and we built the back end on Javascript and PhP. At the same time, we started building the Web3 tools we needed to tokenize our assets and the Evveland Economy on the Polygon blockchain. On July 20th, all came together in our pre-launch event for Beta-Testers, in which we deployed 200 venues.

Challenges we ran into

The integration of our platform with the Web3 tools was a challenge, due mainly to the learning process of both teams. The learning curve for event organizers to use our platform is also a challenge, which we have addressed with our Beta-testers, who have been an invaluable source of feedback and knowledge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are running events on a weekly basis now, and clients are happy with the results being delivered, and more clients are engaging us and bringing their communities to Evveland.

What we learned

We need to become a multichain project in order to address multiple communities and to expand our Web3 offerings.

What's next for Evveland Metaverse Multichain Bridge using BTTC

Create our bridge using BTTC BitTorrent and deploy our Web3 assets on Tron and other networks.
