During a casual lunch conversation, we stumbled upon a profound realization about the chaos of our lives and the importance of finding purpose while maintaining our own well-being. We observed that many of us get lost on the path of chasing purpose, burdened by the daily responsibilities and struggles we suppress deep inside.
Motivated by this insight, we embarked on a mission to create a platform that would enable self-discovery and promote emotional well-being. Thus, Evoke was born—a revolutionary product designed to provide individuals with a safe and supportive space to vent, reflect, and receive valuable feedback on their mental state.
Our vision for Evoke was to leverage advanced technologies such as open AI and Hume AI to analyze the tone and textual content of users' audio journals. By harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, we aimed to provide users with insightful feedback about their emotional well-being, helping them gain a deeper understanding of their mental state.
Building Evoke was no easy task. We encountered a series of challenges along the way, including unexpected errors during API calls and the need to familiarize ourselves with previously unfamiliar frameworks. However, fueled by the spirit of the Hackathon and driven by our unwavering mission, we persevered.
Late nights turned into early mornings as we tirelessly worked to overcome obstacles and refine our product. The dedication and determination of our team were unwavering, as we knew the potential impact Evoke could have on the lives of countless individuals.
