Inspiration

We were inspired by the initial challenge to creatively define a new way to administrate the hiring process. We were also inspired by our mentors/coaches as they gave real world problems that they faced during the hiring process. For instance our Coach Junior works/worked as a business analyst and he asked us what that entails. We had no clue. From that we were inspired to eliminate the disconnect between the employer and the employee in regards to job description

Matches the user with ideal employers to apply for a job

We used the platforms balsamiq and replit

We had limited knowledge in creating a web application through html

Accomplishments that we're proud of

After learning we were hindered by our inability to create a running web application through html we switched our focus towards our strengths. As a team were were able to mimic a running application through balsamiq to show the front end of Evo Jobs and used our knowledge in python to display the back end.
