Events and Workshop Management system

Inspiration

Event & Workshop Management System (Easy Explanation)

Our project is a website/application that helps colleges manage events and workshops in an easy way.

In many colleges, events are still handled manually using paper forms, notice boards, or WhatsApp messages. This creates confusion, delays, and mistakes.

So, we are building an online system where:

Organizers can create and publish event details

Students can see upcoming events

Students can register online

The system stores participant information safely

Notifications can be sent for updates

Admin can manage registrations and generate reports

This project reduces paperwork, saves time, and makes event management smooth and organized.
