What it does

A web platform that connects individuals with local events aimed at supporting charitable causes. Users can find, create, and manage events easily while promoting social good.

How we built it

We used HTML and javascript to do all the frontend of the website and decided to use Firebase as the backend of the website

Challenges we ran into

Some challenged we ran into were the backend side of the website

We made the front end look really nice

We learned how to interact with backend (Firebase) and Tailwind

What's next for Eventra

Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure secure user access. Encrypt sensitive data such as event organizer and participant information Develop a mobile app version for easier event access and participation on the go. Use machine learning algorithms to suggest events based on user preferences and past participation.
