EVENTRA – Venue OS is an event registration and venue scheduling platform for colleges and organizations.

Problem: Institutions still run seminars, workshops and cultural fests on paper and spreadsheets. This leads to double-booked venues, overcrowded halls, duplicate registrations, and certificates that can’t be backed by proper attendance records.

Solution: EVENTRA puts events, venues, sessions, registrations, payments, attendance, certificates and feedback in one database. The database enforces the rules itself, so bad data is rejected:

No two sessions can overlap at the same venue. Registrations can’t exceed venue capacity. A participant can’t register twice for the same event. Certificates are issued only after 75% attendance. Payments can’t be negative.

Key features:

Three role-based dashboards for Administrator, Organizer and Participant. Event creation with automatic venue-conflict checks. Venue management, with seats, bookings and utilization. QR-code tickets for check-in, and a waitlist when an event is full. In-app notifications. Reports for registrations, fill rate, attendance and venue usage.
