Inspiration

Event management often involves multiple disconnected tools and manual processes. This causes duplicate work, errors, delays, and difficulty tracking participants. We created EVENTORA to bring the complete event lifecycle into one platform.

What it does

EVENTORA manages registration, verification, attendance, communication, feedback, and certificates. It provides centralized dashboards for organizers and participants. It also generates reports and reduces repetitive administrative work.

How we built it

We built EVENTORA as a web-based event management platform. It uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript, backend services, and an SQL database. Different modules are connected through centralized data and automated workflows.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating all event activities into one smooth workflow was challenging. We also faced difficulties with database management, authentication, and automation. We solved them by developing and testing each module step by step.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully connected the major stages of event management in one system. Registration, attendance, certificates, feedback, and reporting are integrated. The platform reduces manual effort and provides a better user experience.

What we learned

We learned how to convert a real-world problem into a complete software solution. We gained experience in development, databases, automation, testing, and teamwork. We also learned the importance of user-friendly design and reliable data management.

What's next for EVENTORA

We plan to add AI-powered analytics, smart recommendations, and personalized notifications. QR-based attendance, mobile support, and messaging integrations are also planned. Our goal is to make EVENTORA a scalable intelligent event-management platform.
