Inspiration
With event planning, we often find ourselves overwhelmed with multiple details that need to be taken care of. For instance inviting each guest separately, selecting the ideal location/time to organise the event or selecting music to set the perfect ambience.
What it does
Eventor reduces all this stress, as it replaces the traditional pen and paper method of planning. We can now log into an account on the website, and plan your entire event right there! The features include:
- Marking different potential locations on google maps to keep track of your options and choose a central location
- Browsing through iTunes to select the perfect music that matches the event mood
- Keeping track of various lists on a single page, such as the food list, guest list and things to buy list.
- Managing your guest list and directly sending a mass email invite to all your contacts.
- A voting panel to help decide aspects such as theme
- Uploading images of potential decorations onto a 'Decor Moodboard' to help visualise your event space.
How we built it
Eventor is created using a higher-level language called Bubble.
Challenges we ran into
Deciding on the elements to include, in order for the product to be unique, yet feasible to build within the 24-hr timeframe.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
