Pro tip: the first video is EventLyra captioning EventLyra. We ran our own presentation through the product and exported the English translation, so judges who don’t speak Spanish can follow the talk with live-style captions.

Video 1 — EventLyra presentation, translated https://youtu.be/DjPam9h5LOE

This walkthrough covers the organizer flow (event → sessions → live desk) and the audience room: captions over the 16:9 picture, fullscreen, and export after Stop live.

Video 2 — Live microphone https://youtu.be/NT-c5IBNEKU

Same pipeline, no YouTube pull. We open the mic on the live desk, speak in this tab, and EventLyra transcribes and translates in real time. That is the path for a room with no stream URL — just a speaker and a laptop.

Both clips run on the local GPU demo (Whisper + TranslateGemma). No mocked latency, no cloud captions.
