Modern event planning is plagued by fragmented tools, technical barriers, and impersonal experiences. We built Eventify to:

Eventify streamlines end-to-end event management with:

• One-click creation - Templates for conferences, meetups, webinars, and fundraisers
  
• Smart RSVP system - Automated reminders + real-time attendee tracking
  
• Collaboration hub - Shared dashboards, role-based permissions, and team analytics
  
• Scalability built-in - Supports 10 to 10,000+ attendees with consistent performance
  
• Open ecosystem - Fork/modify the platform for niche use cases (e.g., nonprofit galas, hackathons)
  

How We Built It 🛠️

Challenges We Ran Into 🧗

1. Real-Time Sync - Balancing Mysql costs with live attendee updates
   
2. Cross-Platform Testing - Ensuring consistent UX across 20+ mobile/desktop browsers
   
3. Open-Source Onboarding - Creating contributor-friendly docs without oversimplifying
   
4. Feature Paradox - Avoiding bloat while meeting diverse community needs
