Inspiration

Our application began with the question: how can we improve our communities? In a world of Netflix and Hulu, it is easy to stay at home and binge watch the next TV series. Crowdsourced applications such as Waze for road alerts inspired us to create a similar platform for community events to increase community engagement.

What it does

EventGo uses Google Maps to indicate points of interest that suggests community-oriented events for people to go to.
