Inspiration

Flutter Puzzle Hack, impressed with this challenge. we took up the challenge by taking inspiration from the images of the fluttering man for the creation of the puzzle.

What it does

PuzzleBird is a puzzle application that will allow you to develop your intelligence while having fun, it is available on windows, Mac OS, iPhone, android and web.

How we built it

flutter puzzle is a flutter challenge. to take up the challenge we launched Ezechiel and me. we made the application with flutter of course for any type of platform.

We realized that we needed to create a minimal viable product in a short period of time to submit it to the hackathon from the start. The project has been dubbed a "PuzzleBird" app which is a challenge to solve the puzzle.

Team Productivity

I also took it upon myself to help the team be more organized and created a project plan comprised of 3 sprints with deadlines during the project, with the various target features to aim for at each stage. This allowed me and other team members to understand what we were aiming for and the priorities. This project plan was done as a Kanban board in Trello.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge we encountered was the limited time we had to create what we had in mind. This was good by the fact that all team members were from the same time zones on the same continent

What we learned

1.Moh Smad's role This is my seconf hackathon and team collaboration as a self-learning flutter Architecture, so I definitely learned a lot about teamwork and the coding side.
2.Ezechiel's role Flutter Puzzle is my first participation in a hackaton, which allowed me to learn how to work in a team.

What's next for PuzzleBird

I think the idea and goal of the project have the potential to have a positive effect on some people’s lives, so I will try to develop it further to become a usable product.
