we were inspired to build a single, reliable source of truth for all campus event logistics. If a volunteer knew that every detail—their task, the schedule, the team chat, and their service hour log—was guaranteed to be in one place, the stress and confusion would vanish.

The goal was to transform event coordination from a frantic, reactive process into a predictable, efficient, and even enjoyable experience for both the organizers and the dedicated students who power campus life. This shift from disorganized hope to organized, skill-based assignment is the central principle driving event flow. We were inspired to build a system that not only coordinates people but also effectively leverages the rich, diverse skill sets already present on campus.
