Have you ever tried planning events? You might've felt overwhelmed by all the people you had to contact and choose from. If you've felt that way before, then événements is for you. It is an one-stop destination where you can pick from a wide range of services - filtered according to your needs. Looking for venues in your location and don't know where to start? In our site, location, the capacity and the date of the event - we will give you a list of venues !
What it does
It allows you to search up various services and choose your desired service. It caters to all of your event needs- including catering!
How we built it
As of now, only the front-end of the website has been completed. We have built it with HTML5 and CSS3.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into challenges when developing back-end. Due to time constraints, we were unable to finish the back-end.
What we learned
We learnt a lot more about front-end web development through this project
What's next for Événements
We will continue to develop the back end of the website. We will also integrate functionalities for business owners to update information on their businesses, availabilities and so on. We will also introduce ratings and price-based filtering.
