Inspiration
College events are often managed through scattered forms, spreadsheets, and announcements, making it difficult for students to stay informed and for organizers to manage registrations efficiently. We wanted to create a centralized platform that simplifies event management while making participation more engaging.
What it does
EventFlow is a college event management platform that allows organizers to create events and students to register in real time. It includes live seat tracking, QR-based check-ins, notifications, an admin dashboard, and a Campus Passport that records every event a student attends.
