Getting leads are the most difficult and cumbersome part of every business. Most businesses resort to buying leads or offering lead magnets. But the quality of leads that we get this way is very low and we only have 1 or 2 data points about them.
But what if we could make lead generation fun?
Evallo.app is a tool that helps you attract, engage and qualify leads at scale (all at once) in a fun way. How do we do it?
What it does
Evallo.app helps you quickly create evaluations with the help of Gemini AI that you can share with your audiences. Everyone loves a good self-evaluation.
As they fill out the evaluation and get personalised feedback, you get detailed information about where they are in their journey (multiple data points) and you can personalize your outreach to meet them where they are.
Now, powered by Gemini, evaluation creators can build and launch evaluations in under 5 mins and start collecting leads.
How I built it
I built using low code tools - Flutterflow, Supabase, Gemini and Buildship
Challenges we ran into
Being a person from a non-technical background, I ran into multiple knowledge and software integration issues. Luckily thanks to Gemini, I was able to ask it clarifying questions, write complex code and postgress queries to help me create and publish the app.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
As a solo non-technical founder, I was able to build and launch a complex fully kitted app in just 2.5 weeks.
What we learned
Normal lead magnets convert at 12%. Evaluations convert at 22%. Not to mention that the future of software development is low-code + AI.
What's next for Evallo?
We need to reach a wider audience. Marketing and sales are the next major focus areas. We intend to keep Evallo.app focussed on fewer features that actually bring in leads and avoid fancy features that distract from the main goal.
