What it does

Finds the closest shelters to you and dispatches an autonomous vehicle to take you there

How we built it

We built the front end using React + Vite an the backend using FASTApi. We used google's adk to develop an agent to find the closest shelters

Challenges we ran into

We were very ambitious in the beginning and didn't realize the time limitations. We had to decrease out most viable product a significant amount due to the time constraints and having to learn new technologies.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud that we learned how to use google's adk to develop agents!

What we learned

We learned a lot about using google's apis and the agent developer kit.

What's next for Evacu-Mate

In the future we want to expand to more states.
