Inspiration
We wanted to explore charging patterns of electric vehicle users.
What it does
It is an insights dashboard to understand the charging and usage patterns for Electric Vehicle users
How we built it
We used a public dataset from Kaggle ( https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/datasetengineer/eviot-predictivemaint-dataset ), entered it into the Plotly Studio interface and modified the charts a little to better reflect the insights needed.
Challenges we ran into
We overused the credits in the beginning to explore Plotly Studio, hence had to optimize towards the end.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I created a useful insights dashboard which has wide relevance for multiple industries: automotive OEMs, charging station operators and even regulators.

How easy and powerful spec-driven dashboard development can be.
What's next for EV Charging Insights
We would like to explore data pipelining and usage of different data types (for example geojson) into the dashboard
