Inspiration

We noticed a recurring theme among startup founders: they’re passionate about building impactful businesses, but often struggle to stay financially sustainable. Many burn out trying to scale without clear insight into what’s working, what’s draining resources, or how to improve. Eudaimonia was born from the idea that building a sustainable business shouldn't require guesswork, burnout, or expensive consultants.

What it does

Eudaimonia is an AI-powered business optimization tool that helps founders identify inefficiencies, simulate improvements, and take action with clarity. It analyzes real business data to surface actionable insights, suggests changes that improve profitability and retention, and generates outcome-driven marketing and task plans. Founders get a clear picture of their business health—and a path to make it stronger.

How we built it

We built the prototype using Lovable AI, a powerful tool that allowed us to rapidly design and structure the product’s flow. For our pitch deck and design system, we used Figma, ensuring consistency and visual clarity. The recommendation logic and AI simulations are driven by GPT-based insights, while data is structured through clean, no-code logic flows

Challenges we ran into

Translating messy real-world business data into clean, actionable insights was a challenge. Many users work with fragmented systems, making standardization hard. We also had to strike a balance between being user-friendly for non-technical founders and powerful enough to deliver deep business intelligence.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We created a tool that turns overwhelming data into clarity for entrepreneurs. Our recommendation engine successfully links operational decisions to real financial outcomes. We also received early validation from founders who said, “This feels like having a strategist in my pocket.” Seeing that emotional relief was our biggest win.

What we learned

We learned that most founders don’t need more data—they need direction. Building a product that simplifies decision-making, while still being powerful under the hood, is key. We also learned the importance of pairing insights with execution tools so users can act immediately.

What's next for Eudaimonia

Next, we’ll integrate with more platforms like Stripe, QuickBooks, and Airtable to automate data input. We’re also developing a self-learning system that improves recommendations based on user behavior. Our goal is to launch a closed beta with 50 startups and iterate based on real feedback—moving closer to making business sustainability the new standard.
