Etsy Alexa skill

Inspiration

We met at an acorn aspirations hackathon

What it does

It searches through Etsy to get the product that you want

How we built it

We referenced Etsy's API and then just loaded the first 3 items, then feed you the first one. We then also send the other 2 as well as the first 1 to your Alexa app

Challenges we ran into

We had difficulty with the API and testing it

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We made it work

What we learned

We learned a lot about how to make Alexa skill and API

What's next for Etsy Alexa skill

We hope to make a more refined search engine and also expand to other online markets
