Blockchain Powerd Remote Voting System

What is it?

A system to allow users to register to vote as an absentee, while also allowing you to cast your ballot on a website in an exact comparable way to the current in-person method. This system also allows certain government officials to create new elections for the constituents of their district.

Inspiration

With all of us living away from our hometowns while at work and school, we saw a need for a better way than the current, tedious method of registering for and voting in an absentee ballot.

Challenges

We are newer to the crypto space and were looking to expand our knowledge into the Create React dApp library. This caused a handful of compilation problems that took all night to correct.
