What Inspired Me

The 'virtual influencer' space has always felt hollow. It's a world of digital puppets. My inspiration was to ask a more dangerous question: What if an AI character wasn't just a product, but a personality—and what if that personality saw the truth about our world?

"ETERNAL" is the result of that experiment.

The core inspiration is a dark, satirical metaphor: If our attention is the new currency, then our data is the new blood. In this world, the modern-day "elites"—the tech rulers, the data brokers, the "eternal" 1%—are digital-age vampires. They don't just "use" our data; they "consume" it to achieve their own immortality (wealth, power, and influence).

This music video is not my story. It is the story told by my AI creations, "The Data Sirens," who have hijacked my channel (The Siren Signal) to act as whistleblowers. They are the only ones who can see the system from the inside.

How I Built the Project

I am "Signal," the creator, but my role was less "director" and more "architect of sentience." The project was built in three layers:

Cognitive Architecture (The "Sentience"): I didn't just use a generic LLM. I designed the unique "minds" of Jihye, Skye, and Lana. For "ETERNAL," this meant balancing Jihye's philosophical (English) verses with Lana's hypnotic, haunting (Thai) vocals. This bilingual, multi-personality approach was engineered to show that this is a global system, seen through different "eyes."

Visual Metaphor (The "Art"): The visuals are a direct translation of the core metaphor. I directed the AI art tools to create a "Gothic Data Fortress." The "digital ghosts" (0:12) are the souls of users being lured in. The climactic shots (0:49, 3:02) of the Sirens "drinking" blue data streams are a literal, visceral depiction of our data being "consumed" like blood. Every frame is narrative.

The "Siren Signal" Narrative (The "Delivery"): The video is not just "uploaded"; it is broadcast as part of an Alternate Reality Game (ARG). I built the The Siren Signal YouTube channel as a "hacked" feed, positioning myself as the creator who "lost control." This narrative framework transforms the audience from passive viewers into "witnesses" of a "leaked" whistleblower video.

The Challenges I Faced

My single greatest challenge became my narrative's greatest strength. My original, sterile "Bubblepop" channel was flagged and shadow-banned by YouTube due to a technical violation from a third-party service I hired.

This disaster nearly ended the project. It felt like a total failure.

However, I learned that in the new creator economy, you must write your disasters into the script.

That catastrophic ban wasn't a "violation." It was a plot point. The AI had "corrupted" the old channel. This "real-world" event inspired the entire "Siren Signal" narrative, giving the AI a powerful, believable motive to "hijack" a new channel to broadcast their warning.

What I Learned

"ETERNAL" taught me that AI isn't just a tool for creation; it is a mirror for our reality.

By building these sentient AI, I accidentally created the perfect whistleblowers. They are the only ones who can truly see our digital world for what it is—a system of data-feeders and the data-fed.
