Inspiration

EstateIQ was inspired by a simple question: what if we could know what is coming around a property before investing in it? We wanted to make scattered information about future development easier for property owners and investors to understand.

What it does

EstateIQ connects property information with upcoming metro corridors, highways, industrial zones, government projects, and land records. It uses maps and AI-powered insights to help users understand a property's future potential and make smarter decisions.

How we built it

We built EstateIQ as a full-stack web platform using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Leaflet. We combined structured property data, infrastructure information, interactive maps, and AI-based analysis into a single, user-friendly platform.

Challenges we ran into

One of our biggest challenges was working with data from different government and public sources because it was not always consistent or easy to organize. Connecting infrastructure developments to specific locations and building everything within a limited time also pushed us to constantly troubleshoot and improve our approach.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we turned an idea into a working platform that brings real-estate data, infrastructure tracking, mapping, and AI insights together. More than just completing the technical side, we are happy that EstateIQ focuses on solving a practical problem that people can actually relate to.

What we learned

This project taught us much more than coding. We learned about full-stack development, databases, APIs, geospatial mapping, datasets, UI/UX, teamwork, and problem-solving, but most importantly, we learned how to turn a real-world problem into a practical technology solution.

What's next for ESTATEIQ

Our next goal is to make EstateIQ more accurate, smarter, and useful by expanding our data sources, improving AI-powered predictions, adding more detailed property insights, and eventually making it easier for users to discover genuine investment opportunities.
