Inspiration
Mainly focused on improving liquidity for all properties and overcoming challenges faced while property listing and other phases.
What it does
• User Login (Buyer/Seller) – A user if not registered already needs to register first as a buyer/seller. A registered user can login to view the list of available properties or to post new property details.
• Profile view – Logged in user has an option to view all his profile details like name, contact information, address etc., and can update if there is a need.
• Property Listing – Seller can list various properties for sale and can see only his listed properties. Buyers can see all the available properties to buy.
• Legal Advisory system – A user can subscribe to get the access for legal help for the interested properties from the available legal advisories.
• BID system
o Buyer – A buyer can make a bid for a property which he/she would like to buy.
o Seller – A seller can view all the bids on his property and has an option to choose/accept the best available option.
• Verified Lands – A seller can choose to verify his/her property and provide the verification details on the application, which may add more value to his/her property.
How we built it
We used Angular and Mongo DB. Server side is built with NodeJS. FFDC Integrations were done for customer boarding , OTP verification and payment
FFDC APIs and SPI : -
- Customer Onboarding (B2B)
- Payments (B2B)
- One Time Passcode ( B2B)
Challenges we ran into
Learning and connecting virtually for the Hackathon was the biggest challenge we faced.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Managed to implement a working prototype within the given timeframe. Also was able to do integrations with FFDC.
What we learned
Domain knowledge and technical knowledge for Angular, Node js, Mongo DB and FFDC APIs
