Inspiration

The EU, and hence all it's citizens, SHALL OWN the #GreeNewDeal and #RebuildEurope investments federally, so there is no issue around repay!

The EU shall repay the trillions in very long runnig #EUBonds, via initial public offerings, privatization, dividends, revenues and carbon/eco-social border adjustment mechanisms (tariffs/tolls) and primary taxes on plastic, oil, coal and gas!

What it does

Why? Because we have no other choice to prevent an economic meltdown, decades of stagflation or at least strong economic pain. We need EU-regulations for quick infrastructure and green investments (solar, storage, EV-charging), overriding national law and thus breaking national complexity. #StrongerTogether

How I built it

The European Council shall grant the authorization / competence for writing EU infrastructure bonds and the ownership of 26 lighthouse projects (dictators get nothing) in the contracts of the EU in order to start an infrastructure offensive. All this has to be done quickly and hence by EU-regulations above national law and thus breaking national complexity.
