Inspiration
The purpose of this project is to build a robust dashboard that will display various sustainability parameters of portfolio holdings.
What it does
It displays the real time holdings data on the fly along with sustainability scores and ranks.
How I built it
This is built with a Java Microservice in the back-end and Angular UI. We are using Jaeger for traceability. We use Docker to host these.
Challenges I ran into
- OAUTH2 authentication was a real challenge

- High Unit Test and Functional Test coverage
- Integrate Jaeger for tracing requests
- Oauth2 authentication added for both backend and frontend
- Microservice is on SSL

What's next for ESG Dashboard
- Help Portfolio Manager to analyse ESG data and construct sustainable portfolios
