Inspiration

As cycling becomes a more popular mode of eco-friendly transportation, enhancing safety through IoT technology is essential. Many beginner cyclists are at a higher risk of fatal crashes. Impact IQ provides an extra layer of security, making cycling safer.

What it does

Impact IQ is an IoT helmet that detects severe impacts during the user’s fall using the following sensors: Accelerometer, hall effect Sensor, GPS Module and barometer. Impact IQ assesses potential injuries, and shares the helmet’s GPS location to dispatch emergency help if needed, enhancing cyclist safety.
