Project Overview

We are building a dual-factor authentication door lock. This lock will use both an RFID sensor and a fingerprint sensor for added security. In order for the lock to open, both the RFID code and fingerprint have to match the values stored in the program. If the values match, then a servo motor will actuate a physical lock that can be used to open the door. Additionally, a LCD display will inform the user of what to do to open the lock (eg. scan RFID first then fingerprint), and then will update based on whether or not the lock has unlocked.
