Your Space Reflects Who You Are

Inspiration

I first had the idea time ago. It was regarding the personalization and space design before even being in the space for the first time. Previsualize the spaces in a way you can make it yours before getting it is key to know how the space will make you more creative, productive, focused or relaxed. Seeing the spaces as an extension of yourself. "Your space reflects who you are".

What it does

It lets real state assesors to make their clients able to visualize theirselves in the space they're selling in a way never seen before. Works specially well for houses sold with no furniture since they can take a look on how it would look either with their furniture or (im working on this) connecting with their favourite furniture stores (Ikea, for example) and integrate their ideal furniture in the ideal space. If they can visualize it this way, then they can match with the property even before going there.

How we built it

Codex, Meta Ai and Seedream are the Ai's behind the magic of the site. Codex did all the design job while the visualization images (which original images were provided by me) were made with muse Image 1. I connected to the seedream api in order to create the "bring my furniture to this space" experience.

Challenges we ran into

Knowing anything about coding or how to integrate the Seedream API. Im trying to figure out if any kind of integration with furniture store is possible and the mobile experience needs to be polished. Small vertical views aren't precisely the perfect way to previsualize spaces, but I'm working on optimizing this.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Second beta of the web is pretty much usable and inspiring on current stage. I'm really excited and curious at the same time on the scalability of this idea and how it could help to the real estate industry.
