Inspiration

Need to improve the performance in small business.

What it does

It shares information between all components of the organization like the sales team, purchase team, lead management (HR), etc., The performance of all work units increases, example If you previously had to make reports and take them from one place to another, now the time is spent on other activities.

How we built it

Using Automation Anywhere, building a bot becomes so easy.

For taking inputs from various fields we used Forms.
For retrieving the data from the form and updating it in the database we used different packages available in the bot.
For complex data manipulations we have written some python code and uploaded that code in the bot using the python package.
For Creating invoices we have used APIs provided by the 3rd party application link
For storing the data we have used 3rd party public database provided by the db4free.net link
For processing the invoices we have used IQ Bot

This is my first Hackathon, And I am proud of what I submitted.

What's next for ERP (Supply Chain)

Need to improve the Bot performance, And I haven't completed the production process which included BOM, production request, etc. I want to include more automation anywhere packages in the bot.
