Ernie AI Warm-up Task

Inspiration

We wanted to learn how OCR works, how LoRA works and how to fine tune models. This was a new experience for us.

What it does

We only completed the warm-up task as described in the hackathon prompt.

How we built it

Using PaddleOCR, Ernie, Colaboratory and Github pages.

Challenges we ran into

Trying to find a fine-tuning task that's valid and not already solved by base Ernie.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of learning new tools and will continue to build on Baidu.
