Erasa

Inspiration

I was inspired to build this project after seeing the rising challenges content creators face with unauthorized sharing and leaks. Witnessing how leaks can harm privacy and income, I felt compelled to create a solution that protects creators and empowers them to stay in control.

What it does

Erasa.ai is a content protection service designed to monitor and remove unauthorized sharing of creators' exclusive digital content. It uses AI-powered tools to detect content leaks in real-time and initiates takedown requests to ensure privacy and protect creators' income. By offering automated takedown processes and proactive monitoring, Erasa helps creators maintain control over their content, safeguarding against unauthorized sharing on various platforms.

How I built it

I used JavaScript and Python for core functionalities and React for building an intuitive user interface. Firebase helped with authentication and cloud storage, while Google Cloud provided scalability for monitoring tasks. The DMCA API was also integrated to handle automated takedown notices efficiently.

Challenges I ran into

One of the biggest challenges was building a monitoring tool that could detect unauthorized content in real time across multiple platforms. Another was ensuring that the automated takedown process adhered to different websites' requirements while minimizing false positives.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I'm proud of implementing real-time AI monitoring for content leaks, building an automated DMCA takedown system, and creating a user-friendly platform that empowers creators to easily protect their content and stay in control.

What I learned

During this journey, I learned a lot about content protection technologies, including AI-powered monitoring and automated takedown processes. I also gained a deeper understanding of the specific needs of creators in a digital environment and the importance of providing real-time solutions.

What's next for Erasa

What's next for Erasa is expanding its capabilities to cover more platforms and improving AI algorithms for even faster detection of unauthorized content. We’re also planning to add enhanced features like predictive leak prevention and automated alerts, as well as increasing partnerships with content platforms to provide creators with better tools for protection. Our goal is to ensure Erasa becomes the most reliable and comprehensive solution for content security, empowering creators to keep their work safe and maintain full control.
