Hiring decisions should be based on skills, not bias. We noticed how racial and gender discrimination affects hiring processes, leading to unfair outcomes. Inspired by this, we built EquiHireβan AI-powered resume screening tool that ensures fair, unbiased, and efficient hiring for all candidates.
