EquiCorp is a digital platform created to address systemic workplace discrimination by empowering individuals with data, tools, and resources. Built as part of the GNEC, the platform targets multiple UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including: SDG 5: Gender Equality SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions

🔍 The Problem Workplace discrimination remains a widespread and often invisible issue. Many individuals experience occupational segregation, maternity discrimination, pay inequality, or retaliation for speaking out — but lack the awareness, support, or tools to address it.
