• The idea on having a site where it users can rate a company's inclusivity and diversity.

What it does

• other users can see how a company treats the people that work for them.
• they can add their own ratings for the company, in terms of inclusivity and diversity and equality

How we built it

• prototyped on figma
• built with React

Challenges we ran into

• discussing as a team on what specific challenge target
• breaking down the challenge even further
• tried entertaining an idea where a site where the user base would be only women (which is not inclusive to males)
• communication, only form of communication is through discord
• tendency to reduce bias with further exclusivity posed quite a challenge to overcome

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• good team work, having an idea (wireframed by the designers)
• building the product ( web developers)

What we learned

• reducing bias is a really tough problem to solve, there is no simple way of addressing multiple parts of the problem
