Inspiration
Every day, millions of individuals from diverse backgrounds face barriers to equal opportunities, their dreams stifled by the weight of systemic bias. We wanted to solve that.
What it does
Our platform serves as a bridge between employers and talented individuals from all walks of life. We've created a revolutionary space where opportunities are accessible to everyone, regardless of race, sexuality, gender, or impairment.
How we built it
we utilized Python with Flask for our backend and HTML/CSS for our front end, creating a seamless and visually engaging experience for employers and job seekers.
Challenges we ran into
Our main challenge was implementing the APIs from the front end to the back end and vice versa.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
An accomplishment that we are most proud of involves getting each of us able to work together and using VSCode live share allowing us to work efficiently.

Learned how to collaborate as a team efficiently.
What's next for EQHire
Hoping to expand our audience and improve the UI/UX by implementing more features along the way.
